If having reviewed the ADA Collection Policy you do not think that your data meets all or any of the acceptance criteria, you should still consider contacting the ADA as they assess each potential data deposit independently. It might be that your particular set of data is novel or unique and therefore although not strictly adhering to the collection criteria, it could be deemed of significant enough value to warrant it's acceptance.
In addition, the ADA staff may be able to recommend to you, a more suitable archive for your data. They have links with a number of national and international archives that accept data from all kinds of research fields.
