Remember to upload the draft Terms and Conditions of Use to your Dataset using the correct ADA File and Folder Naming Convention.
5. Review (and amend where required) the Additional Information Fields, remembering to make any changes to this form in red text or as tracked changes. Where changes are required the amended Terms and Conditions of Use (Undertaking Form) Selection Information document should be uploaded to your Dataset using the correct ADA File and Folder Naming Convention.
