Where there are only a small number of data files it is possible for the files to be uploaded individually to the dataset. If you don’t want to add multiple files by dragging and dropping directly into the dataset because there would be an excessive number of files to move, it is possible to upload the multiple files as a single downloadable folder.

In practice, this means that it does not matter whether the Data Custodian or Data Owner has a relationship with the relevant Data Subject, or whether the data and any Personal Information contained within it, was initially processed or obtained from the Data Subject by another entity.
